Shipping:
All Orders are shipped via DHL or Hermes within 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

within EU: 14,50€

within EU: 8,50€
We currently only offer shipping within the EU, if you would like to order outside the EU please send an email to [email protected] and we can figure out shipping to your destination.
Returns:
Please keep in mind that baga is a small business and every return is creating cost for us, so please only buy if you are planning on keeping your piece.
However should you be dissatisfied, the item not fit, or if you simply wish to return it for unforeseen reasons we allow for the mandatory 14 day withdrawal period for unused, unworn condition items.
To withdraw please send an email and we will give you the return address.
Please send back the item with within the withdrawl period and send us the tracking information.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
We will reimburse you once we received the item back.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Made to order items are exempt from return or withdrawal.
